Hello, my first time getting banned from paypal was about 2 years ago, my personal one got banned and so did my dads at the same time. Is our adress flagged now? I changed my IP cleared my cookies, what exactly will paypal look for? My main problem is getting banned when they want ID verification on my stealth accounts. My first day opening the account I have no VCC and I will receive 60 dollars and they will want ID. How can I not trigger this and get by it? Im not able to change how much I sell on ebay. Also I dont link my paypal to my ebay all I do is change in the item listing where the money is sent too. I sent 100 to my friend using my ebay and he didnt get banned so how am I? Is it no CC and bank account on the paypal thats doing this?
