    I don't want to lose my Gmail account and do not have a clue how I would transfer my clash of clans account

    The downside of selling most mobile games including Clash of Clans is you have to choose either to keep the e-mail address or lose it but sell your Clash of Clans Account. There isn't anyway around this.

    It's best practice to have multiple e-mail addresses these days.
