How do I receive my payment

    My Location:
    I completed a transaction, but when I click on "Request Payment", it doesn't give me an option to add a payment method. The only option is to add the transaction ID number, and when I click "Submit", it says "Thank you. Your payment information has been saved." even though I never got the option to give my payment information.

    Can I please get some help?

    My payment status says pending, but under the "Pay Method" and "Pay Address" its blank. Because I still need to give my payment information! Please help.

    Payment could take 24-144hrs or more before its sent to the seller's account in a form of MM Balance. Once the MM Balance has been credited to your account, you would need to request a Cashout MM Balance and wait for approximately 1-96hrs.
