How are you guys creating your new amazon accounts without getting AVS email?

    Hey guys, the title says it all. How are you guys managing to create the new amazon accounts?

    I bought a new one vanilla visa card from CVS, and made a $2 purchase on the new account, it did not go through. I wanted to test if my card was working. Anyway, whats the trick? If someone can help with the following

    1. What VCC are you using to create amazon account?
    2. What VPN/proxy are you using to avoid avs?

    Any other tips and tricks that you guys can let me know will be appreciated.
