How AliExpress refunds if product really not arrived

    Hello,

    I often shop from AliExpress. Many of the times the tracking info remains at "shipped" or "arrived at country destination" and the product never arrives. In such cases I open a dispute an win it. Since the product really hasnt come I think there shouldnt be a limit to how many I make, but anyway I wanted to ask what your opinion is. After all the bank doesnt really know if the product has come or not and people here say no more than 3 refunds from a cc. Should I not ask for a refund if the limit is really around 3 when the products really have not arrived? I dont know, Im confused :confused:
