    tbh $10 is nothing, not even 10 plat, and the last house i sold on mid i got 125plat for, granted it was right by a stable master but still your offering 8-9plat worth, dont think u will get much house for that i could be wrong

    I dont mind going higher. But I wont overpay though. I can still craft in jord and sell stuff via a friends house
