Hollister 100 Euro refund: PARTIAL or FULL?

    So i just ordered a coat, and 2 tshirt from Hollister on a new account. In Hungary we must sign every package, and UPS delivers the hollister package. Can i do full refund? Or should i do partial (i received only the coat)?
