Currently using a refunder to refund a 975$ laptop on overstock.com. Item delivered UPS ground, no signature. Refunder says "if anyone asks, the item didn't arrive." So is this the method most refunders here use? The not arrived method? I could've done it myself. Not only that, my address is most likely marked in the system for this incident, and a investigation is probably started. I don't want the UPS guy coming in at fault for this. Just shocked, didn't know about this. Otherwise I would've used a different address and not my own.
