Steps: 1 Make a amazon receipt with a legit order #. 2 Contact Modern Portable at their support email. 3 They should get back to you in a Day or in a few hours. 4 When they respond back to you say something went wrong with the headphones (Be creative). 5 They'll either ask for a order number or proof of purchase. 6 They'll ask you to troubleshoot the headphones 7 They will ask you to send the headphones back 8 This is where you have to be creative and make up a excuse why you can't send them back and need a new pair. (I said, I needed the headphones for vacation. 9 After about 16 emails back and forth they will say they are shipping out a new pair and to rate them 5 stars on Amazon I would post proof but i cant Post link yet.
