    Hey I just started playing about 4 days ago. I have a level 12 Mendel Monk and a level 6 Orc Mage. I encountered a glitched quest at Cliffwatch on my Monk though so I may need to restart my main

    It was the one where they found a body and they think he was murdered. It was in cliff watch. I was sent there with a letter of recommendation, it started the new quest then claimed I completed it. It wouldn't go forward from there
