Selling exclusive control over a Kickstarter account with a confirmed and paid pledge to the Hex: Shards of Fate (http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/...ding-card-game) campaign at the "King" level, and transferring my rights to receive the pledge rewards by written contract, for $500.

By buying now, and setting your personal e-mail address in the Kickstarter account, when Alpha and Beta access opens you will get the invitation, you will provide your real name for placement in the game credits, pick your username, etc. as if you were the original backer. If you wait until the game is released and try buying a Hex account with these exclusives, you risk getting banned or scammed, as someone else's name will be tied to the account.

The $500 price tag on this sale includes more than $400 of purchasable products after launch, along with more than 40 exclusive cards, some account-bound and some that can be traded/sold -- which over the life of the game should become highly sought after. Cryptozoic Entertainment has been extremely clear and firm that these benefits will not ever be made available again. Perhaps best of all the exclusive cards, the "Spectral Lotus Garden" will generate a unique, tradable, and consumable PvE card called Spectral Lotus every day that you log in. The Spectral Lotus card is a highly desirable benefit (3 resources for zero cost, plus drawing a card, plus permanently transforming into a Black Tiger), and should be a great way to generate long term income from the game. If you missed the Kickstarter campaign you'll be buying the consumable Spectral Lotus cards from the Auction House every time you want to use one, instead of generating them just by logging in.

You must be a US Citizen, 18 years or older, and willing to enter into a contract for the assignment of rights, transfer of payment, and alteration of Kickstarter account information. A written memorandum of the contract binding both parties will be signed by both parties and mailed via USPS before either money or account information is exchanged -- meaning fraud by either party will be in violation of 18 USC § 1341 and subject to a fine or sentence up to 20 years in prison. (18 U.S. Code § 1341 - Frauds and swindles | LII / Legal Information Institute - tough read, but it covers any scheme or attempt to defraud that uses the USPS)

The rewards for this pledge as they are currently understood are as follows. This information is unfortunately spread out through the not-fully-updated info-graphics on the main page of the campaign, and the various updates, but I can provide references for anything listed here if you don't want to track it down.

Product available after launch (will cost $400+):
    4 Set-1 Starter Decks ($40 value)
155 Set-1 Booster packs ($310 value; some packs could be "Primal" i.e. all rare/legendary)
    1 Set-1 Primal booster pack (15 rare/legendary PvP cards)
5 Set-2 Booster packs ($10 value; some packs could be "Primal" i.e. all rare/legendary)
