Here's what u need to do , Goto mendel village>see the green rectangle on the map ,actually its a cave go inside then don't talk to the npc then uwill see a rock right in front of the wall go jump on the rock then when ur feet is in the rock, click auto ru. Just w8 then that's it

 

Yeah there's a pribability that u may not have that sync spot that may take u to under realm that is glitchy anyway
