    I purchased an upgrade from you guys recently and immediately wanted to cancel it. I have been trying to cancel it for a couple days now but you guys haven't found the time to help me.

    I also put in a ticket to change my name to 'pov'.

    It's been a couple days and the money was just taken out of my PayPal. I'd like a refund.
