So my dad's birthday is soon and father's day is right around the corner so I wanted to get my dad a love you ton of clothes because its the least i can do for everything he does for me. I was thinking about doing Express. Can anyone suggest a max amount for the refund (I was thinking $500) or suggest clothing stores that work even better? Also would partial refund be my best bet?
