I usually never come on here for help as I never have problems but I've run into a problem with Kinguin. I chargebacked a 50 dollar gift card and got this email. The payment has been reversed despite the items being delivered. Please contact PayPal as soon as possible to resolve this issue. Otherwise we will be forced to treat this as a subreption, in which case this matter will be transferred to our legal department and additional fees may apply. Please note that the data stored on your account, including but not limited to, your full name, billing information, e-mail addresses and IP login history may be forwarded to the payment service provider, credit card issuer and authorities, should you ignore this notification. Please contact us within 48 hours, otherwise we will have to take further measures to acquire the amount due for the order(s) in question. Just take the L? Im fine with taking a loss. Not a problem and that is probably what I will do. If anybody has had experience with this it would be greatly appreciated. Update: Closed the case seeing as it wasn't worth it. All good.
