I'll put it out there I'm new to SEing, only done small stuff, haven't faked receipts yet, probably going to get to that point with this: I've got serials etc for two Acer laptops and frankly no flippin clue what to do with them (haha laugh it up lol) I've only done refunds on digital stuff, this is completely new territory for me, no idea where to start with RMAs or whatever. Anybody who'd be willing to walk me through this love you and explain it to me like I'm 5, or direct me to a guide or something, I'd pay you for your trouble and all that. Didn't realize how clueless I was until I sat down to get to work on it ofc.
