Alright so I''ve been doing a lot of currency exchange lately he paid me more in venmo and I give him PP, At first he sent me around 300$ and I was able to withdraw it to my debit card, second time I tried to withdraw 460$ but I got the error saying " We couldn't transfer your money to your bank account via your debit card. No fee was deducted." So I tried sending the money to my gf and she was able to withdraw it and hand me the money through her debit card. She later got a message from venmo saying " It looks like there has been some business payments made on your account - these types of payments are not allowed per our User Agreement." All of us thought that it'd be fine if we sent the payments in increments for ex. $100-200$, my gf tried to withdraw it to her debit card again but she also got the message saying " We couldn't transfer your money to your bank account via your debit card. No fee was deducted." At this point im freaking out because I'm not sure what to do, I also have other venmo accounts used to do exchange totaling to 600$, Is there a way for me to withdraw this? Should we just wait a little bit before withdrawing the money again? I feel like if we wait and not send the money to another account they will freeze the account and we'll waste 1600$ in venmo. I dont plan on using this app again, I just really need that money out, do you guys think we should contact venmo? heard their customer support is shitty tho, Do you maybe think using the standard transfer (bank account including account number and routing number) it would work? AHHHHHHHHHHHH help pleaseeeeeeeeeee . Should I kys? I attached the images of venmo transactions for referrence, but after I sent the 460$ to my girlfriend my account was frozen
