I want to know how I could contact support and tell them that I do not remember my security question, but would like to update my email to my new/current one. Since the old one is no longer active. How would I go by doing this? The website says before contacting support, have this information: " The original email address on your EA Account. Any usernames or console accounts (Xbox gamertags, PlayStationNetwork online IDs) that are tied to your EA account. Any invoice numbers or Product Codes from games you bought. Make sure you have access to your computer, the Internet, or your console when you get in touch with us. Then we can help re-secure your account." I have access to all of this information, Which is very useful. I also plan on using a VPN. Does anyone have any further suggestions?
