Does it say something about your monitor size? This happened to me before but on another game, It's because your system doesn't have the requirement to play the game, which is why it turns black. Then when you alt f4, you can see what you're doing but then you leave game. If this isn't the problem, tell me because I think their is another reason why It happens.
