So i opened a ticket on Cdkeys to refund my order which was an Origin key. I used the "item not valid" excuse and provided them a screenshot. Now they responded to me with this message: Hi, Thanks for contacting cdkeys.com. Upon checking with your order, I see that this code was sent, only to your email ID, valid and unused. Please reboot your Console/PC and check again. If that doesn't work, please contact Origin support as they'll be able to find out what happened to your code. Hope this explains the situation.
