Help on Steelseries SE (Asked to ship product back)

I tried SEing Steelseries, so far it was good (Receipt and serial checked out)

However, they’re asking me to return the product. Anyone have any workarounds for this?

I know a common one is blood but I’m not sure if that works for steelseries.
