I tried to se Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum ,telling them that it doesnt work and all that via skype call. My rep sent me a email that i have to fill up with shipping address,S/N etc. Then he said he could only send the replacement after he received the broken product. well i'm stuck right here and i dont know what to do/say at this point and i need some help. help would be appreciated Thanks for the attention
