Help - Middleman didn't respond

    The buyer has confirmed the delivery described and the full transfer of ownership of the game account, and the middleman says a middleman agent will shortly respond to this ticket and proceed with releasing the seller's payment. and then I have to wait 48 hours, after 48 hours I do not receive a response from an middleman and payment is still pending.

    I have the same problem.. It has been a whole week and I haven't heard back from a middleman and the seller already sold the account on me. Is there no way to actually contact a support agent without getting an automated response?
