Help me... weird situation with an apple refund, may need some advice

I'm ordering a macbook (around $3k usd) and am not living in the US or canada. It's from my parents acc. I'm planning to get it and hide the macbook for a few weeks, basically say the box was empty. Do you think that a refund will happen? Also if I later logon to the macbook, will they know and re bill the card? Thanks
