Is There any other FREE Program that can be used to code hacks for games like Tf2, CSS, LoL, etc. If There is, I would be ecstatic to hear them! Usually you use your brain, an editor and a compiler. I prefer it over Visual Express. Whatever way you'll choose you should check why the VS Xpress installation fails.
