    @TmaEstar Hope you already opened a dispute on PayPal. In the future, please do serious research before buying from anyone. Your seller has risky background and banned before.

    If you use Middleman Service, you could have been protected and refunded here

    @Avatar PR I payed with PayPal Protection and I do have a dispute case open thanks for addressing this problem.

    PayPal Buyer Protection can only help so much. If the seller has sent out or withdrawn the funds or paypal can't recover the funds, then the buyer unfortunately would be the one to take the hit since PayPal is unable to recover the payment. They have tried to help buyers by holding some sellers payments for 21 days but the bulk of the sellers don't follow this rule so paypal buyer protection can only help so much.

    Meanwhile, this seller has been suspended for not replying @AlexH6370
