    When buyer filed a dispute there, the money that seller received in their PayPal account for the transaction may be unavailable during the case investigation on PayPal. This gives buyer a chance to communicate with PayPal with supported proof.

    Next time, please do some research before trading, selling and buying with anyone. If you have done, you would find out that this seller's background is risky. He is already banned on the different website.
