I have a problem with the User "Fahmi Julian". I sold him my Hay Day Account about 2 Weeks ago. He started the purchase via Middelman Service and i received an Email from the Middleman Service that my Money is secured and i can give the Buyer my account data. After 5 days Supercell was able to change the Email Address for the Supercell ID to the Buyers Email Address and the transaction was done. Buyer and I had contact via whatsapp several times a days since then. No response after the transaction was done. Also no response to messages via the Player Up Message System. He was onlyine last today. I havent received any money and also, i think the Middlesman Email is a fake. ([email protected]). Would be great if someone could verify! 1. When should I release my account information to the buyer? Never release your account information unless (@Middleman) contacts you through the PlayerUp Conversation Ticket System. Try to get your account back ASAP through customer support. There's nothing we can do for you here. This user is banned off the site forever.
Also this member is already banned twice this year with nearly exact Nicknames. Now its his 3rd ban...
That's what you should be checking prior to sending people money. We can't ban everyone as soon as they sign up on a new IP. There aren't enough of us here.
I know, no offense. Also i know that there isnt much you can do in my case but maybe this will help other members wont have the same trouble with this guy. The bad thing, i just cant tell supercell "hey i just sold my account, what is not allowed, but the other guy stole it, can i please have it back"
