Never Delivered  Stole Money Halkjel is a scammer

    Halkjel is a scammer, I paid him $ 150 in bitcoin and he told me it would take a few hours to send me the World of Warcraft account I bought and now he tells me excuses and then he blocked me and I can not contact him anymore. I want to recover the $ 150 please
