I just got a phone shipment from another country. It was shipped by DHL (they never come ship here, usually ups and fedex). The guy took the first initial of my name and last name. I gave him the wrong first initial and right last name. and then I signed it. not my name, just swiggled something. Now I bought it through paypal and want to open a dispute saying, I never received it. but I checked their reviews and the ones that got lost, they usually check with carrier to confirm it was delivered before refunding. Since it was delivered and signed for, what are the chances of me getting the refund?. Any tips?
