I think it would be nice to add the guides in Guides - Answers Most Questions | PlayerUp Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform. into the actual forums they pertain to, For example "How to secure a warframe account" - Put in the Warframe Accounts - Buy Sell Trade | PlayerUp Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform. Above the sale/buying threads, in their own little section above everything so that when someone clicks to check out warframe accounts the first thing that greets them are guides on how to secure their new accounts etc "How to secure a Youtube channel" - In the youtube section etc Unfortunately not everyone looks for guides on how to properly secure accounts purchased online and may forget a step or 2 , i feel this might help some people new to online account purchasing and in general shows how playerup wants their community to know how to secure their accounts.
This would also help if we could sticky thread the Dispute Template so people know to use it, as i have seen a lot of people not using the template which makes everything scrambled and bunched up together making harder to take it compared to the template example
This is exactly the issue. With or without guides, people likely won't read them. The forum pages used to have guides but we got rid of them. People were still getting scammed and not reading them. We will be making an update however in the near future to have an advanced knowledge base so users can search for answers through that. We however cannot fill all 2000+ games with guides just not feasible but we are open to adding them in the knowledge base which will partially solve what you're asking for.
It's better to block fraud versus post guides on how to prevent scammers. Guides like these people will soon be able to search easily in the knowledge base.
