    I've been waiting for over a week for it middleman to respond. Both me (the buyer) and the seller want to cancel our transaction. Neither of us have heard from the middleman, and this needs to be done immediately.

    How do I cancel my order?

    If in event you need to cancel this transaction, please do the following:

    1). Go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
    2). In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order
    3). Wait for an agent to process your cancellation
