It seems that whenever I use a new gmail to make a refund it tells me that I'm unable to make the transaction when I try to buy something. Before when I contacted support they would fix it for me and it would work in a couple of hours but nowadays when I contact support my accounts get flagged. I've been using 1-2 week old gmails, different IPs, and different cards. The only thing that I can't change is the device that I'm using (Google Pixel). Is there any way around this?
