Google Play refusing refund for in app purchase, looking for expert to help

    I made a a single large in-app purchase in a game using google play on a very old google account of mine yesterday. Everything went great, although the automated system refuses to refund me and both live chat and phone support are telling me it’s impossible to refund me. They are telling me to contact the developer, who I am not getting through to at all, however the co-devs are telling me to contact Google since they won’t refund me -_-.

    I have two refunds before on my account from a few years back which is probably what’s making google not refund me, they also seem to be stricter than they used to be.

    The only solution I have left is to do a chargeback via my bank but this may mean Google closes my email which would be disastrous since I have a lot of valuable accounts attached to it.

    Are there any experts who have dealt with this issue before and can help? I’ve tried telling them that my son purchased it accidentally to even saying I was #, however nothings working. Every google play automated refund email tells me ‘ but we can't provide a refund for this purchase because it doesn't meet with our policy. We apologize for any inconvenience caused’.

    Will pay $7 to anyone who is trusted and is a pro at doing these things.
