Don't you think the new Google Play 20 or 30 mins rule where you can refund any app is a bit unfair on the developer? For instance, I used it once where I installed a paid system cleaning app, and was easily able to clean my system and then refund after and repeat the process when you need to do it again. What are you're guys thoughts on this?
