I have SOS, Slaughter unlocked and a really well developed city with over 32 million kills. 5 Star Loreline, 4 star Tifa, Panda and others are all well developed. LRA 300, Melee HP 250 Good Stats all round and decent city, selling due to commitments. In Top clan with Cabinet level and good fighters and participation. Would make a good second city or farm depending on what your trying to do. I've spent allot of money on this game already and just want $100 to pay off a loan.
