    By the way the negs on my account happened as someone took out a trade and i wasn't there to participate but they didnt lose money, still negged. Pay no attention this is the best method don't look elsewhere with confusing ideas to follow, my accounts have it all, ready for sales.

    Yes it does, PayPal can still be used for buying and selling and doesn't flag even when you've used a card from a banned account.
