Step #1: Firstly, you'd need to send the initial amount you'd like to purchase of RP, we'll use $5.00 for an example, to PayPal B. Step #2: Once the money was received in PayPal B's balance you'd like to log into either a smurf or your main account and purchase the RP amount. BUY IT WITH PAYPAL B. ( Let's say $5.00 for example purposes. ) Step #3: After the purchase, you'd want to get back onto PayPal A and charge back the payment to PayPal B. I like to say that he never sent the item. Step #4: Between 3-7 days, you'll receive your refund back if the other person you're charging back doesn't answer. Obviously, you don't reply to the chargeback. Things to note: Paypal B Will be in the negative balance once the charge back has been finalized. So, do not use personal information. Nothing will happen to PayPal A, so you have nothing to worry about if PayPal A is your legit PayPal. I've tried it on my main account with no consequences.
