I've not played it since I bought it. It's got Zhong Li and Raiden Shogun as 5 star characters.
Other characters are: Xingqiu, Yanfei(C2), Ningguang(C2), Chongyun, Sayu, Kaeya, Amber, Lisa, Noelle and Barabara(C1)

4 star weapons are: 2x Sacrificial Greatsword, The Bell, Prototype Rancour

AR is 10 with 6 achievements so it's basically from the beginning of the story.

I'll be playing on this till it's sold so it might be a little different by the time you purchase it.
