So I was really stupid and put my home address on one of my paypal accounts. Was doing some business with people, but someone charged back $180, and seeing I had no money in the account I just left it and never thought about it again, then recently I just got a letter from paypal debt collection. Yes I did try to dispute the chargebacks but it's not like I can do anything when they claim unauthorized transaction on a f&f payment, gaypal never seems to accept digital proof for digital items? Anybody have any tips for what to do
