Is Gamestop extremely incompetent or am I just unlucky? I've had to call several times already and each time I call them they tell me they'll take care of my order/refund it and then I call back a few days later and they act like they have no idea about my previous progress with other reps. Wish I just paid someone the 10% at this point LOL.
