Okay so I ordered a iPhone 7 plus. It arrived Tuesday. I called Wednesday afternoon. The package wasn't signed for just left on front pourch. The rep told me it'll take up to 7 days for an email to come about receiving a replacement. I asked why it would take so long and they rep said they just have to see why it happened and how to avoid it in the future. So my question is, how long does gamestop usually take? Can I call back and say I want a refund and that I couldn't wait for a phone so I went and bought one at the store.
