    User steals PayPal accounts, sells the PayPal balance for crypto and screws over the # PayPal + the person who buys his PayPal for crypto.

    Countless Venezuelans do this here, I've banned both of his accounts.

    Dispute the payment and you'll win.

    One way to spot them is they post an e-mail that has to do with their name on PlayerUp. 99.9% of the time they are Venezuelan. Don't buy off these users.
