My old g2a account got banned for using vpn(was on public wifi), so I contacted them to ask wtf, they responded and asked for Id, but said no for it. Then they banned my new g2a account while I had 55 (50 steam wallet) refund on hold. I disputed in paypal, but it says I need to wait for 20 days. I said to paypal, that they refunded me on their love you site, but they banned me. Even put screen of refunded $, and mail that I got the refund. I will send the transcript too if they try to deny it. If i lose the case I will report them to police. Just want to say love you this scammer company.
