Okay, So I am in the process of trying to SE a new gaming steering wheel after selling my old one like a goof. But long story short the kid I sold it to gave me the serial # and I went through the whole process with Logitech about getting a replacement and they want me to send it back. I've been seeing a lot of people saying that you shouldn't have to send it back you did the SE wrong. Any tips and ideas? It's been 24hr's and haven't received the shipping label like they said I would so should I attempt again? I'd like to stay away from the dry ice method as I've never done it. Any help is appreciated.
