Hi and welcome to FXP's Second Tutorial on How to Make Gold Weapons! Today I will be teaching you how to make the weapons gold. It's all about Hue, Saturation and Color. This should be a super easy tutorial... Requirements Adobe Photoshop CS1 and above 'Willing To Learn' Spirit If you have all that we are good to go! Note: SS means Screenshot Instructions Open Photoshop [1st SS] Open a .DTX File (Let's start with TRG - 21) [2nd SS] Press Ctrl then press U. A window will pop out. [3rd SS] At the Hue Blank, input '-80' without the quotes. [4th SS] Confirm that the arrow is pointing to in between Yellow and Green. If confirmed positive, press OK. You should get something like 5th Screenshot. [5th SS] Press Ctrl then press B. A window will pop out. [6th SS] At Colour Levels, type these in, 100, 50 and -100 as shown in 7th Screenshot. [7th SS] Then, click OK. You should get your gold TRG - 21. Enjoy! [8th SS] Note This can be applied on weapons that have little design like TRG - 21, not like AK - 47. AK - 47 has wood handles and it's hard to make the AK - 47 weapon gold except for the wood handles.
