    Like the title says. I would like to purchase a ESO beta account.

    I dont know if the game is up during the week or not. Im looking for an account that allows me to play whenever I want (or when the servers are up).

    That account does not exist as they are currently only doing Beta weekends. They most likely have a friends and family small screw for additional testing like Blizzard does.
