Selling fugging premium quality logos for $5 (temporarily available)

I have a friend that owns a successful design agency in London, they normally charge $50-300 for a logo design (I personally know him and the team)

They have started to offer their service for $30 on Fiverr, they have planned to increase the price to normal prices ($50-300) when they position the profile on a good rank and have 50+ reviews.

They this profile a month ago and already have hit 25 orders and 13 reviews, they were going perfectly at 5 star rating but some jerk rated it 3 star to get free refund which has ruined the rating. So my friend is looking for 5-10 reviews to bring back the rating at 5 star, he says he not want to risk the account by purchasing fake reviews (as every order has the final files attached to it), so we are looking for people that want a premium quality logo (for the minimum Fiverr price $5) and are willing to give a good review. He will temporarily reduce the price to $5 for you.
