Hello. I believe I've been sending the appeal to the wrong section, seeing as it's not been answered. The account was sold to another user. We've been trying to figure this deal out, as up until now I didn't know why I was suspended, as the email sent me to a bot message, which I've been sending messages to for the last week. How can I go about getting this suspension removed, as I cannot cancel the current order until so.
@Hulk @Friggy I am not sure what the last message Friggy sent means, to be honest. He has not attempted to communicate or resolve the situation. If he did sell the account to someone else, why even ATTEMPT to sell it to me? Why has he not sent me a refund?
