    I have a Freelancer.com that has a balance of $500. I deposited the money to my account for a project but the project never happened and Freelancer refuses to refund me the money{because of a problem of my bank account} .So what I can do with the balance is use it on Freelancer.com.Price - $350. You will have $500 in the account.once you are interested the i create a project and you will bid ,then i will create milestone payment and release the fund to your account.
